Gucci GG Marmont Matelasse Size Comparison Video
In the video above, I compare the sizes of the Gucci GG Marmont Matelasse Supermini, Mini Chain Bag, and Small shoulder bag. I made this video because I know first hand how difficult it can be to decipher which bag size would best fit you from a computer screen. No one wants to get their new Gucci bag in the mail to find out that its too small or big.
In my opinion, I think the mini chain bag is the more practical size for an everyday crossbody. It has slots inside the purse for holding cash, cards, and receipts! No wallet needed for that bag. Its my favorite out of the three bags.
My next favorite would be the supermini! She is a very petite beautiful thing! I love the versatility of this bag because it can be worn as a crossbody, clutch or waist bag (fanny pack). The down side is the size. I barely can fit my iPhone 11 and keys into the bag together. If you are the kind of person who is minimalistic, holds your phone in your hands, and only carries lipstick/cash in your purse, this bag is for you!
The Small shoulder bag is the biggest of the three. It can hold a full size wallet and all the essentials! While I do like small bags, I can appreciate the size of this bag. For me, it just looks too big on my frame for a crossbody. I love it as a shoulder bag!!
Overall, I think each bag serves its purpose. As stated earlier, if I had to choose an everyday bag, it would be the mini chain bag!! Watch the video above for a visual comparison of each bag size.
